It is a diagnostic examination using state-of-the-art magnetic resonance imaging equipment that can detect even very small (3-4 millimetres) malignant tumours throughout the body in a single session DWB does not use radiation, and, for the purposes of early cancer detection, does not require contrast.

Cardiological Examination

Including an electrocardiogram, this is the key step in the process of investigating heart health.

Echocardiogram

Commonly known as an "echo", this is a diagnostic examination through which the doctor views the heart and blood vessels using a probe that emits ultrasound. The thickness of the heart walls and the flow of blood within the cavities (atria and ventricles) are assessed.

24h Dynamic ECG (Cardiac Holter monitor)

This diagnostic method is used to continuously monitor the electrical activity of the heart over a 24-hour period. It is a portable electrocardiogram that evaluates the patient's cardiac response while performing usual daily activities.

48-hr/5-day Dynamic ECG (Cardiac Holter monitor)

This diagnostic method is used to continuously monitor the electrical activity of the heart over a period ranging from 48 hours to 5 days. It is a portable electrocardiogram that evaluates the patient's cardiac response while performing usual daily activities.

Holter blood pressure monitor

It is a 24-hour diagnostic procedure that, using a sphygmomanometer (the instrument that measures blood pressure), allows blood pressure levels to be recorded every 15 minutes during the day and 30 minutes at night.

Colour Doppler Ultrasound

A non-invasive and repeatable examination using ultrasound, it represents the main method of vascular screening of both arterial and venous systems and provides information, both morphological (ultrasound) and haemodynamic (Doppler), on the state of the vessels examined.

Venous colour Doppler ultrasound of the lower limbs

It assesses the valvular efficiency of the superficial veins (varicose veins) and also must study the deep venous circulation in search of possible thrombotic processes, the cause of possible "pulmonary embolisms".

Arterial colour Doppler ultrasound of the upper and lower limbs

It allows the patency of the latter to be assessed, preventing very disabling diseases, if not diagnosed and treated early (from intermittent claudication to gangrene, to the need for amputations), especially in diabetic patients and patients on dialysis

Colour Doppler ultrasound of the neck vessels

It assesses the patency of the vessels that carry blood to the brain (carotid arteries), highlighting possible soft plaques of cholesterol or hard calcified or mixed plaques, which can be the cause of disabling or fatal cerebral embolisms (strokes).

Colour Doppler ultrasound of the abdominal aorta

It allows us to study the largest arterial vessel in our body, the aorta, assessing its flow, but especially any dilation (aneurysms) or narrowing (stenosis).
